Happy Birthday Austin

It's hard to believe that Austin is 10 years old. Boy, how time flies. He was so excited for his birthday. I don't know if his excitement was for the presents, or just knowing that it was a special day. He started off his day by going to school. Not a very fun way to spend your birthday, but he actually had a good day. He took cookies in for his class, and they sang to him and he blew out pretend candles (definition: kids that stood beside him and acted like candles.) I'm sure it was quite a funny site. After school he was able to open his presents, and boy was he surprised with his gifts.



We got him a new cell phone. (Okay, I know he is only 10, but it's a comfort to us knowing that he has one at school, and riding the bus home with his little sis.) He was so surprised, and I love the look on his face when he opened it. He didn't think we were going to get him one.


He also got a new Bakugan game, and some comic books.


The next day, he invited a few friends over for a birthday party. We took them bowling, then came home for Pizza, Cake, and Ice Cream. The boys had a fun night.
