Austin has been playing on a basketball team put together by the city recreation center, and has absolutely loved it. He says that basketball is his "favorite sport". Austin has improved a lot this year. He was so proud when he made 2 baskets, and got 5 rebounds, and 3 steals during his last game. That may not sound like a lot to some of you basketball players (Landon & Burke), but for 9 & 10 year old's, this is a big accomplishment (the final score was 23 to 6.) Each player usually plays for 2 quarters, sometimes more depending on how many kids show up. So, now that I've got a little bragging in, here are a few action pictures of our Basketball Star.

Sounds like a good game to me. these days i'd be lucky to put up any amount of stats. It is good to see your teachin him right about the good sport though. Good luck Austin
